We currently do not include ads on our websites, however, if our strategy in this area changes, any ads appearing on our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. The purpose of these cookies would be to allow the ad server to recognise your computer each time they send you an online advertisement, and to compile information about your interactions (or others who use your computer) with them. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest and benefit to you. Returns

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging with all tags
Free from foreign smells (ie: tobacco, pet, perfumes)
Free from pet hair/dander, etc
Apparel: Folded nicely (not rolled or crumpled)
Breakable items must be packed and shipped back to us properly. We cannot accept returns that break during transit.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Personalized merchandise
Intimates such as undergarments or bathing suits


Returns

Please contact our customer service for return instructions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; returns sent to the manufacturer, or “return to sender” will not be refunded.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@iwantthismerch.com.



Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at support@iwantthismerch.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Special Circumstances
Order Not Received
If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please do not attempt to make a return or exchange. Instead, you may follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. iwantthismerch.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Undeliverable / Refused Packages
Packages that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and we will not attempt to re-ship. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process.
These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for the cost of goods. Shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Defective Items Received
If you feel the product you received is defective, please submit an email, within 7 days of delivery date, to customer support at support@iwantthismerch.com with subject “Item was received defective”. Please attach photos in your email showing the defective area of your product along with a brief description of the defect. Our customer support team will reach back out to you within the next business day of your email with follow up instructions to be determined on a case by case basis.
In order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please DO NOT attempt to send defective items back as a return.
Order Discrepancy
If you feel the product delivered is not the product you ordered, please submit an email, within 7 days of delivery date, to customer support at support@iwantthismerch.com, with the subject line “Order Discrepancy”. Please attach photo(s) of the item(s) you received. Our team will be sure to review your order and send instructions on how to proceed once we receive the photos. If it was an error on our part, we will be sure to send you the corrected items.
Order Cancelations & Edits
Order Cancelation
Please be aware that if the warehouse has started processing an order for shipping, it cannot be canceled. For certain select items, orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted due to quick order processing time.
In order to attempt an order cancelation before processing, you must send an email immediately after placing your order to customer support at support@iwantthismerch.com, with the subject line “Cancel Order”.
We are only able to process requests for cancelation during office hours Monday-Thursday.

Order Edits
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to edit that order.
If you need to change a ‘ship to’ address, please notify customer support immediately after placing the order at support@iwantthismerch.com.
If your order has already been processed by the warehouse, the order will be shipped to the address submitted at the time of purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that information entered on an order is correct before submitting an order. iwantthismerch.com is not responsible for replacing orders that have incorrect ‘ship to’ or other incorrect information entered by the customer. Orders with incorrect information due to customer error, will not be eligible for refunds if the item was not received by the customer placing the order.

Stages - Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery.

Fulfillment
- It takes roughly 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order (including quality checks and packaging)

Shipping
- Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination

Delivery
- Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end (shipping) address

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped within the USA or Canada will usually arrive within 3-5 business days of dispatch (which happens after the order fulfilment, quality checks, and packaging are completed). If an item being made outside of the USA or Canada, which rarely happens (but may be influenced by product availability within the USA and Canada), the shipping time increases to between 5 and 20 business days.

During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA can sometimes be 15+ business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays). We’ll provide a link in your order confirmation email so you can easily check the status of your order at any time. However, express shipping may be available for your order, and where it IS possible, it will be subject to the relevant courier's surcharge for this premium service. We therefore recommend placing your order as soon as possible, so that you can often avoid the need for this kind of upgrade, and ultimately save yourself some money.

International orders (outside of the UK, which generally ranges from 3-8 business days*, and Australia with 4-21 business days*) generally take between to 7-21 business days to arrive*. During peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take longer than this, but this is not the norm. If you're unsure what your order delivery time is likely to be, and would like some clarity before ordering, you can email us at support@iwantthismerch.com and give us an explicit list of all of the products you are planning on purchasing and the exact quantity of each item, plus what country you want them all to be shipped to, with this information, we can give you a clearer delivery estimation range (as certain products may take longer than others to be delivered) *These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products, and may take around 72 hours for us to respond, however, we will try to give you an estimate as quick as we are able to.

•How much will shipping cost for my order?
Shipping costs are applied to your order on a per-item basis, these costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. You can see the final shipping costs during Checkout, after adding your email address and shipping address. Please note, the shipping cost for two different items will usually be more than the cost of adding two of the same item (depending on the item), and compliemtary items or merch in the same shipping category as each other may work out cheaper when ordered together (where our suppliers permit these savings).

•How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days* of the order being placed successfully, however during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take up to 15 days. *Certain products can take longer than this to be created, quality inspected, packaged for delivery, and collected by the courier, and thus in these circumstances, the date of dispatch may be impacted by this, or the order may be broken up and shipped in stages (at the discretion of our production partners). In additiona to this, the below items often tend to ship seperatey from other items due to packaging differences:

posters
water bottles

• Why haven't I received my package?
Please check the tracking on your package. If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. I Want This Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the UK and USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority." The same can be said of other couriers who hand your package to a local postal authority.

• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for cost of goods (however, shipping is not refundable), this is why it's important to ensure you supply accurate and varied contact details (such as including a contact telephone number), to try and avoid such incidents from occuring.

• Does your "Global Shipping" deliver to every single country?
We deliver to almost every country, but we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

The list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change from time to time, and will be updated here at our earliest convenience.

If there is a product specific limitation in certain delivery locations (rare), this will be detailed in bold within the product description, but for example, our Tough Phone Cases (for both iPhone and Samsung) cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan or Singapore, this is a restriction imposed by our main production partner, and not something we have decided ourselves. Should you desperately want one of the cases with a specific design on it to be delivered to one of these regions, please contact us and request it, and we will attempt to find a supplier that can fulfill your request, set it up and notify you, so that you can purchase it, however, we won't work on this until there is (an explicitly stated) demand for it, as this work-around takes time away from the many other products and features we could be working on, and delays their launch on our site.
